Our Background

Starting as a English translator for the local Bosnian community once she got to America, Senada worked at the non-profit organization, ‘World Relief’ for almost 20 years. Her job ended up being not only translating but also working as a Case manager for all new refugees coming into the community. When it was shut down, she ventured out on her own but continued to be the go-to person for immigration and translating. She is now also a professionally licensed Health insurance, Life insurance, and Medicare broker. In addition to that, she has over 15 years experience in helping with Medicaid, DFCS, and Retirement. Senada can help you with any questions you have about all of the topics offered, and is an official Notary public.

Our Background

While in college, Elma worked as a restaurant manager for 5 years and gained experience in business management and customer service. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. degree in Economics. Elma used all her business knowledge and skills to join forces with her mom and open up their own agency. Just like Senada, she is a professionally licensed Health insurance, Life insurance, and Medicare broker, and also an official Notary Public.
